Channing Tatum and Zoë Kravitz have ended their engagement, according to multiple sources. The couple, who began dating in 2021 after meeting on the set of Zoë’s directorial debut, Blink Twice, had kept their relationship largely under wraps. However, they did make a few public appearances, including one at Zoë’s father Lenny Kravitz’s Hollywood Walk of Fame Star Ceremony in March 2024.
The couple’s relationship was first confirmed when Channing posted a Halloween costume photo of the two on Instagram in 2021. Zoë had previously spoken highly of Channing, describing him as her “protector” during their time working together.
“Whether it was making me tea or pouring me a drink or going to whip someone into shape or whatever—he really was my protector and it was really wonderful and sweet,” – Zoë Kravitz
Lenny Kravitz has been a supportive figure in Zoë and Channing’s relationship, often referring to Channing as “part of the family.” The bond between Channing and Lenny had grown strong, with Channing attending key family events, including Lenny’s Walk of Fame ceremony. Despite the recent split, sources indicate that Lenny holds “no hard feelings” and wishes happiness for both parties.
The couple had attended both the Los Angeles and European premieres of Blink Twice in 2024. In October 2023, Zoë was seen wearing a ring while out with Channing, fueling engagement rumors. These rumors were further substantiated by People and Page Six, who confirmed the couple’s split through multiple sources.
Zoë has described their relationship as having a “natural specialness” and emphasized the importance of working together to maintain it. She also mentioned to People that “art is our love language,” highlighting the creative bond that united them.
Both actors are set to appear in the upcoming comedy film Alpha Gang, produced by Cate Blanchett. Despite their personal separation, fans are eager to see how their on-screen chemistry translates in the new project.
